"Very disappointed with them, they decided to drop me after almost 20 years of service for 2 claims, only one being my fault. The other was someone with no insurance at the time hit me!! What's insurance for?? Also was never told that when you call for roadside assistance, they consider that a claim absolutely ridiculous.What's the point! They took an extremely long time to get back to me as to whether they would keep me on insurance or not.And so now i'm down to the wire.Trying to find new insurance, but I think that it's dirty to do that to your long time.Especially customers will never recommend state farm to anyone ever again!"
